Meet The Owner of Sweet Lillie Doula Co.
Nevada Jones, LMSW, CD
Certified Advanced Trained Doula & Community Breastfeeding Educator
Nevada grew up in a military family and served a short while in the United States Army. She attended Murray State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Social Work Degree in 2011. She attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale; there she obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Health and Mental Health in 2012. She holds a Master’s level social work license, advanced trained doula certification, CPR certification, and community breastfeeding educator certification.
Nevada’s background as a Medical Social Worker afforded her the opportunity to provide services to patients and families in various medical settings and capacities, including managed care, primary care, behavioral health, hospice, health coaching and grief counseling.
In the beginning of Nevada’s career, she served as a volunteer at a pregnancy crisis and counseling clinic. At the clinic she was trained, and served as a lay counselor, where she found a love for maternal care and working with expecting and new moms.

Advocacy, education, support and reliable care to all birthing persons during pregnancy, labor and delivery, as well as support through reproductive loss will always be our mission.
